Jennifer Stuart Henderson

Jennifer E. Stuart, Associate , jstuart@farleygraves.com, born in Grossmont, California, June 10, 1976; admitted into the California State Bar and licensed to practice in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals since 2002; admitted into the Alaska State Bar in 2004. Education: Claremont McKenna College (B.A. with major in Politic, Philosopy, and Economics, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, 1998); Yale Law School (J.D., 2001). Ms. Stuart joined the firm in 2007. After clerking for the Alaska Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, she worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the State of Alaska for over three years. There, Ms. Stuart prosecuted numerous misdemeanor and felony cases, including felony drug, violent, and special assault crimes, and two murder cases. Her litigation experience includes approximately fifteen misdemeanor and felony criminal jury trials. Ms. Stuart's current practice is focused upon personal injury defense and labor/employment law. She has experience in complex personal injury claims and discrimination/harassment claims, as well as litigation experience in both state and federal court.
