Biography
Howard A. Lazar, [email protected]. Admitted to the Alaska State Bar in 1986 and licensed to practice in Alaska State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Lazar joined the firm in 2024. He has over thirty-five years of both civil and criminal litigation experience defending claims against physicians, hospitals, manufacturers, and other organizations. During the past 35 years, he has tried and won medical negligence, products liability, wrongful termination, and contract cases against prominent plaintiff attorneys in Alaska. While a member of the United States Air Force, he defended the only capital murder case brought during term of service.
