Biography
Cheryl L. Graves, [email protected], born Chula Vista, California, May 6, 1970; admitted to the Washington State Bar and licensed to practice in Washington state and federal courts since 1995 and admitted to the Alaska State Bar and licensed to practice in Alaska’s federal district court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals since 1997.
Ms. Graves is co-founder and partner of Farley & Graves, P.C. and the managing partner. Ms. Graves focuses her practice on civil litigation in the areas of insurance personal injury, insurance coverage, and employment law corporate defense. She has extensive experience in the areas of maritime and admiralty claims, and defense for general international and domestic insurers in a variety of personal injury, automotive and property claims. She has experience in handling maritime casualty investigations and handles a variety of litigation matters including maritime, automobile liability and property and casualty liability. She has extensive litigation and trial experience in both state and federal courts in general personal injury and maritime claims.
