Biography
Jim C. Wilkson, [email protected], admitted to the Alaska State Bar in 2006 (Alaska Bar No. 0612112) and licensed to practice in all Alaska state courts, U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Wilkson joined the firm in January, 2013. His practice focuses on commercial insurance defense litigation, maritime/admiralty claim defense, medical malpractice claim defense, aviation claim defense, and defense-side employment law. Before joining the firm, Mr. Wilkson was in private practice in Anchorage for six years, focusing on insurance/personal defense litigation, criminal defense, and general commercial litigation. Mr. Wilkson also served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Robert Coats, retired Chief Judge of the Alaska Court of Appeals, from 2006 to 2007.
